New installation of Zotero will not accept my Zotero.org ID

Hi there,
I got a new laptop and reinstalled Zotero for Windows but when I tried to download my library from Zotero.org account, I received an error message that says "The Zotero sync server did not accept your username and password". I have tried reinstalling, deleting every previous installation, running as administrator and deleted old restore files but nothing works. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong and ho to fix it please? I have a storage upgrade subscription and I cannot work without Zotero.

  • You tried too many times with the wrong password and were temporarily blocked. If you haven't resolved this, try again now or reset your password.
