I am unable to download to my zotero library. I get an error message saying Zotero connector is unable to communicate with the desktop even though I have Zotero open. I do not have any security software installed and I do not use a proxy server.

I cannot load the link (http://127.0.0.1:23119/connector/ping) in any browser but my debug output did not have any of the messages listed on the trouble shooting page.

Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
