Accepting invitation to join a group

I sent an invitation to join a group to a registered Zotero user. She received the email and reports she accepted the invitation. In the Member Invitations box on the Groups tab, I can now see her user name, but it does not appear in the list of members. Seems like there is a step missing, but I can't figure it out. Did I miss a step? Can anyone help? Thanks.

Addendum/clarification to above:
I sent an invitation [using the email address] to join a group to a registered Zotero user. She received the email and reports she accepted the invitation. They should immediately appear in the invitations box once you've sent that invitation.
If they are still there, it means they have not yet accepted the invitation.

They would need to click through, possible log in to their Zotero account, then accept the invitation on the Zotero group page or their main groups page.

Hi! I did send invitation to my fellow students. They said, they cant access it since they needed to log in. What should I do?

I'm not sure what you're asking. You need a Zotero account to join a group, so yes someone needs to log in to accept an invitation and join a group.
