An Issue Opening Files

Hello, I'm having an issue opening files. When I try to open a PDF in my group library, there's no response. After a while, the software notifies me of an error and asks me to submit an error report. My report ID is: 2071675472. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but the same problem persists. How can I resolve this?

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an attempt that fails?

    But this would generally just be a problem with your internet connection, so if possible you should try from a different network.

    I restarted both the software and the computer, but the issue remains the same.
