ClinicalKey - An error occurred saving with Clinical Key. Attempting to save using Save as Webpage i

I'm attempting to save a book section from ClinicalKey. The URL is through a proxy -- https://www-clinicalkey-com.proxy.heal-wa.org/#!/content/book/3-s2.0-B9780702081804000139#hl0001194

Using Chrome Zotero Connector it seems to want to use the ClinicalKey translator but fails. I get this error on the Connector:
An error occurred saving with Clinical Key. Attempting to save using Save as Webpage instead.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled connector, updated Chrome, updated Zotero, reset translators from Zotero, and reset translators in connector.
