Whether it's in Zotero 7's built-in note function, the Better Notes plugin, or the ZotCard plugin, it's impossible to change the font color and highlight notes. I have tried updating to the latest versions of Zotero and the plugins, uninstalling and reinstalling Zotero, and restarting, but none of these have worked. It is possible to draw underlines and highlights in PDFs.
