Science Direct pop-up blocking access to Zotero

I'm helping a student who send me this image showing that a Science Direct pop-up is blocking access to her Zotero program. She's had this issue in the past and she was able to click the X or the don't show again link, but now it seems to be frozen and she can't get past this screen. She has tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zotero even and it's still blocking her access.

    This is just covering the webpage snapshot's content, not blocking access to all of Zotero. She can click on the first tab at the top to get back to her library. If the snapshot isn't useful, it's safe to delete it.

    Could you ask if she remembers whether this popup was open when she saved the item? And which browser she saved it in?
