A citation within a tracked delete in Google docs will not convert in Word

Steps that caused a problem:
- Editing a document in Google docs with citations
- Suggest a delete of a sentence containing a citation (Google doc suggesting mode)
- Convert word processors
- Download as docx
- Load in MS Word
- The deletion containing the citation is still visible as a tracked change
- Attempt to reimport citations fails, leading to trouble shooting page

Steps to fix the problem:
- Reopen the original document in Google docs
- Reimport citations (reverse the "switch word processors" export)
- Find the place where the suggested deletion includes the citation
- In editing mode, remove the citations within suggestions (leave the suggested deletion; just remove the citation)
- [Refresh] to refresh the bibliography
- Convert word processors
- Download as docx
- Load in MS Word
- Attempt to reimport citations now succeeds

Learned rule:
- A deletion of text that contains a citation in Google doc suggestion mode must have its citation completely removed in editing mode before switching word processors to MS Word.
