Zotero desktop app windows closes after generating each new citation

I am using the Zotero desktop App for macOS and the Google Drive Connector. After I generate a new citation, the Zotero desktop app window I have open closes by itself. The application does not quit; the window simply closes, and I have to make it reappear by tapping/clicking the desktop app icon. Is there a way to stop this?

    Are you sure it's not just going behind your other windows?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing this?

    Sorry for the delayed response. Here is the Debug ID: D1088547763

    I can't say for sure that the web app window *isn't* just going behind other windows. However, immediately after I generate a citation, the web app window disappears, and if I right-click on the web app icon in my dock and choose "Show All Windows," no windows are available. But the window appears normally if I just click the web app icon in the dock.
