Upgrade StorageZotero Lookup Failed – DOI not working even with internet connection

I’m using Zotero 7.0.27 on Windows. When I try to add a paper by DOI (e.g., 10.3390/sym17040551), Zotero shows the error “Lookup Failed: Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier.”
My internet connection is fine, and I have allowed Zotero through my antivirus (360 Total Security).
Please help me fix this issue.
