Upgrade StorageDouble scroll bar in note
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a note in the right-side pane of a PDF Reader, with enough content so that it has a scrollbar.
2) Drag and annotation to the bottom of the note, so that it moves the content to reach lower positions.
→ Two scroll bars appear:
