The synchronization of Zotero with Nuts Cloud via WebDAV failed.

I'm using WebDav of a cloud storage service to synchronize my Zotero files. Although I have a VIP account with no quota or speed limit, Zotero still shows a red exclamation mark and reports an error: "The quota for the Zotero file storage of group xx has been reached. Some files cannot be uploaded. Other data of Zotero will continue to be synchronized to the Zotero server." What's going on here? Can any expert help me out?
