Zotero Chrome Connector is not working Error ID : 1794884994

i am unable to save meta data using zotero connector in chrome while i can save data manually and through identifier. when i haver over the connector in chrome it says "Has access to this site" but when i click it, it does not save references. i have updated my zotero desktop application, have removed and then reinstalled zotero chrome connector, have reset translator but still not saving data eg of URL https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/nov/03/israels-top-military-lawyer-arrested-after-she-admitted-leaking-video-of-soldiers-abuse
