Upgrade StorageSnapshot file "not found" after move to Group Library
I transferred 66 items from a folder in "My Library" to a new "Group Library". There were items with annotated PDF attachments, notes, and Snapshots also with annotations. The PDFs (both annotated and plain) and the notes transferred easily to the Group library. I can open and see the PDF and note attachments in the new Group Library.
However, the Snapshots and their attachments did not transfer. When I click on the icon and title of the Snapshot I get a "File Could Not Be Found" message:
"The attached file could not be found at the following path:
/Users/[NAME...]/Zotero/storage/[...]/platform-recognised-use-artificial-intelligence.html
It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero, or, if the file was added on another computer, it may not yet have been synced to zotero.org."
How do I transfer Snapshots (e.g. articles from a webpage that have been saved to Zotero and annotated) are transferred to the Group Library and can be accessed and "found"?
