zotero latest version can't connect with chrome

hi, i using sotero on windows 8, and recently it doing well. today suddenly i cant connect zotero to gdocs to citate, and i cant add references from chrome to zotero. the libreoffice is not installed, and i've tried to install it manual. I've restart my zotero, chrome, and laptop, reinstall zotero connector too, but still didnt work.
