pasting characters into the openoffice plug-in
Don't know if anybody else has tried this: I tried to paste the character § into the plug-in as I wanted to refer to a section, rather than a page or paragraph. OpenOffice then stopped responding; firefox seemed OK (I'm running Windows XP).
Small update - typing ALT-167 works fine, so its not a problem with the character, must be a problem with the copy / paste but now I can insert § a different way, I'm not that bothered.
Its definitely the paste - tried to CTR-V a number into the plug-in and same result. Not the end of the world though, just means I have to try and remember page numbers for a few seconds!
Thanks,
Jon.
