Add new "Advanced option" to avoid common mistake in collaborative documents
When working with multiple authors on one document, there is a common user mistake that happens frequently, which is annoying and very difficult to fix afterwards. A new advanced option in the set document preferences could provide a solution for this.
Problem description: With multiple authors, different authors cite papers from Zotero. However, often people don't notice from which Zotero library they pull the citation. The result is that the final editor of the document cannot cannot update the citations and bibliography, because the Zotero libraries of some cited articles may not be accessible to this user. I have seen it that other authors pulled citations from their MyLibrary or from other group libraries.
The result is that the final editor of the document needs to manually find out which articles are cited from another, inaccessible library.
Suggested solution: In the Word/LibreOffice add-in, please provide a new option in "Advanced options" of the "Set document preferences" to limit the usable Zotero libraries for this specific document to selected library/libraries. This avoids that people cite from "wrong" Zotero libraries.
