Logging in to Zotero and Loading old content on a new laptop

Hi, my laptop recently broke so I have bought a new one. On the new laptop I have downloaded both Zotero and the web extension. Through the sync function on the app I have logged into the account that was on my old laptop hoping this will bring over the files and references I have saved but this hasn't happened. What can I do to gain back my files from this account onto the new one?

    You can see the data in your online library by clicking Web Library at the top of the page. As long as you're using the same account, that's the data you'll see locally after syncing on a new computer.
