Upgrade StorageI lost my notes on a document - Urgent help needed!

I lost my notes for a book I was reading for my masters. How it happened is that I selected the whole text to copy it but I accidently push the button for citation and everything disapearred. I looked in my ipad but it was earased there too.
I tried to do the steps in the zotero page but it didn't work for me (puting zotero.sqlite and resincing it).
I really need hekp please !

If you hadn't left the note, you could have just pressed Ctrl/Cmd-Z or used Edit → Undo a few times. But since it sounds like you have, you'd have to try restoring from one of the automatic backups.
