Upgrade StorageBlocked access to Related Items if not matching tag
Steps to reproduce:
1) Select a tag in the Tags Selector
2) Select one of the items with that tag: that item should have a related item that does not have that tag.
3) Click on the related item in the Item Pane
➔ Nothing happens.
If I do a search instead of selecting a tag, clicking on related item cleans the search and goes to the related item.
I would expect the same behaviour with the tags.
