I tried to click the blue button to downlaod the zotero connector, but it took me to a "Service Not Allowed" page with the following instructions. Please guide me to download the connector. Thanks.

Your account is managed by an organization that has this service turned off for its users.
Your account may be temporarily disabled by your organization’s admin.
Your Google Workspace subscription may no longer be active.

That's a message from Google, not from us — we just link to the Chrome Web Store page. As it says, you'll need to ask your IT department.

Some Google services, including the Chrome Web Store might not be available using an institutional account for contractual reasons. This is the case at my university because these services are linked to advertising functionalities, incompatible with various regulations we must observe.

You can simply use a different, personal, Google account to install the connector in Chrome - and to update it, I assume? You don't need to be authenticated with this account to use the connector Zotero, only for installation.
