Upgrade StorageStorage quota reached even With Unlimited Storage Plan
Keep getting Storage quota reached message even though I changed to an unlimited storage plan a couple of days ago, I get this message:
"You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.
See your zotero.org account settings for additional storage options."
It then lists website entries that wont sync
Any help would be appreciated thanks

dstillmanThis isn't the account you're syncing with. Check the account in the Sync pane of the app settings and email storage@zotero.org to ask that your storage subscription and email address be transferred and that this account be deleted.
