Try to add citation in Open Office it shuts down firefox

Not sure if this is the same problems others have been having but when I click on the add citation button on the Zotero toolbar in Open Office it closes any and all open Firefox windows thus causing the can't communicate with Firefox error.

I am using Open Office 3.2 and Firefox 3.6.3 - Zotero 2.0.3 and Windows XP

Tried installing and reinstalling etc.... Nothing doing still get same problem
