Access Denied

Hi Zotero friends and users. I use Zotero on a Firefox Browser. For some reason, I am locked out of my account. I used the correct username and have changed my password several times. Still locked out. Can you help, please? Thanks in advance

    I get this message after I successfully log in to my Zotero browser
    "Error: Access denied. You do not have access to this area."

    Please note that I do not share this account with anyone else.

  • What URL are you trying to access? You're logged into your account and posting here, so there's no general problem with your account.

    Are you Zotero staff? If so you can probably see my library at BobCrawshaw
  • How are you getting to that URL? That's not the account you're logged into. It's a different account you created, and you mistyped your email address when you created the account.

    You can just click Web Library at the top of this page to access the library associated with this account.

    You should delete this account, which only has a few items in it, from your account settings and then email us at support@zotero.org to correct the email address on your other account, which has more items.
