Upgrade StorageFolder directory deleted
Hello dear Zotero community,
We use Zotero as a literature repository at work with 26 participants in a group. A week ago, it happened for the first time that our entire subfolder structure suddenly disappeared. We were able to restore the old status with a backup. Today it happened again and we can't explain why. Does anyone have any ideas? Does this happen when the memory is too full? The folder directory is also deleted in the web version, i.e. in the cloud. Since every user synchronizes with the cloud, the corrupted status also affects all other users.

A few collections and some items were also deleted permanently on 10/21.
If a group admin emails support@zotero.org, we can tell them who in the group made these changes. Usually it's just someone trying to clean up space without realizing they're affecting everyone.
