Error saving PDF

[Split from Firefox extension throws "An error occurred saving with", fails PDF on all publisher sites]

I have the same issue with saving the pdf, it shows error message. After downloading the article when i entter through the extension everytime i faced this issue, plz help asap

Can you provide an example URL and a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the PDF and trying to save?

I have updated Zotero, now no update is available , it is 7.0.27 (64 bit) version

If you’re running Firefox, what matters is the Zotero Connector version, not the Zotero version. Again, we’d want a Debug ID if you’re still having trouble.

No, i did not use firefox, i run zotero through chrome. and this is Debug ID D1700654096

Something is preventing Zotero from saving a file to its data directory. This could be due to security software on the system interfering. You can try restarting the computer or temporarily disabling security software.

(Though your Debug ID doesn't actually show you reloading the PDF and trying to save, so I'm going based on an earlier error in your report. You should still provide a proper Debug ID so we can confirm that's the actual problem here.)
