Upgrade StorageSynchronization of attachements
Hello,
I purchased a storage upgrade and have now synchronized all my PDFs and attachments. In most cases, this worked fine. However, the attachments for some entries were not synchronized. For example, I can see the attachments in the Web Library, but they are grayed out and cannot be opened. On my computer, the attachments and PDFs can be opened normally and are stored in the same way as all other entries.
How can I solve this problem, or what could be causing it? My storage capacity is not full, so that can't be the reason.
