Error Processing Payment

Hello,

I am trying to renew my subscription for my library and am receiving the notification "There was an error processing your purchase." Would I be able to get some help with this?

  • You can email storage@zotero.org for more details, but generally this just means the charge is being declined by your bank for some reason.

    The payment details may have been entered wrong, the card expired, or you may need to let the bank know it's a legitimate charge that should be allowed.
