How to sync or share My Library with a Group Library

I've not been able to get either the Safari or Chrome extension to work for a Group Library (using the browser version), so I downloaded the app and synced the Group Library, but when I save citations with the extension, it only saves them in My Library. I've tried clicking and dragging the citations from My Library to the Group Library in the app, but nothing happens. Help?
