Unable to extract PDF

My error report number is 955747387, I can extract PDF successfully before today. I stay update zotero and keep step with account everyday. Please solve it, thanks.

What do you mean by "extract PDF"? See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need. A Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for the action in question may also be helpful.
