Support for hand-written notes
The Zotero iPadOS app supports adding hand-written annotations to a PDF attachment, for example using the standard Apple pencil.
This is very useful but also very limited: in many cases one needs to add one or more pages of hand-written comments to a document.
One would expect the "Add note" functionality to address this need. However, "Add note" leads to a blank page that only accepts inputs from a keyboard.
For users who need to add notes that contain mathematical expressions, sketches or diagrams, this is extremely frustrating.
Is there a way to add hand-written notes to a document without having to open an external app, export a PDF to Zotero and then add the PDF to a document?
