Migrating linked files from Google Drive to Zotero storage

Now that there is a Zotero App for Android, I am considering migrating my storage from Google drive to Zotero storage for better integration since the app doesn't support custom file paths the way the desktop version does. However, I am worried that I will have to manually reconnect every PDF to its parent item in Zotero if I do so. Is there an easy way to migrate storage? I have 1000's of items linked, so manually reconnecting them is not an attractive option.

    Tools → Manage Attachments → Convert Linked Files to Stored Files
