Zotero 7 Word Plugin Citation Dialog Issue

In Zotero 6, when I insert a citation in Word using the citation dialog, the cursor automatically is in the box and I can simply start typing the name of the author/title of the work I want to cite. No need to click the mouse in the dialog box--I can start typing immediately.

When I updated to Zotero 7, this behavior changed. Now, when I insert a citation my Zotero library becomes highlighted by default, instead of the citation dialog box. So if I immediately start typing, it will begin navigating in the Zotero library. I have to manually click on the citation dialog box, then begin to type in order to search for the paper I want to cite. It's a small issue, but it takes time and gets me out of the flow of writing, especially when I have to repeat the process each time.

I use two monitors, with Zotero in one and my Word document in another. If I move Zotero and Word to be on the same display, the problem is fixed. But I don't like this workflow. So I believe the problem is something about how Mac/Zotero handle multiple displays. But like I said, I use the same exact set-up with Zotero 6 and this problem does not occur.

I am using macOS Sequoia 15.7 with Microsoft Word Version 16.102.1
