MacOS app blocking the default fullscreen hotkeys (⌘+⌥+F )

Problem: The Zotero macOS app does not respond to the default ⌘+⌥+F command to make the app full-screen.

As far as I can tell, this combination is not bound to another action, and should not interfere with e.g. the ⌘+Shift+F (quick search) command. Is it possible to enable to Zotero app to propagate the key combination to the window manager, rather than capture and silence it? Perhaps it is interpreted as ⌘+F, i.e., the modifier key is ignored?

The behaviour I expect based on other apps is that, regardless of where I am focused in the Zotero app, pressing ⌘+⌥+F hould make the app full-screen.

Best,
Wilhelm
