I am having issues syncing my account with the Zotero app on Mac.
I've changed the password on the web version and restarted the computer, since I thought that was the issue. However, the problem persists.

  • What kind of issues? If you're still having trouble, please provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that's not working, and explain the exact problem you're facing.

    It was a log-in issue with the account. However, it has since worked today with the new password.
