Page numbers are not showing (Vancouver style)

Hello,

When I am in Word and I add a citation, I can add the page using both the classic and pop-up views; however, the page numbers don't show in the citation, and instead of, for example, five different citations from one document, I end up with repeated citations of the same document. How can I fix this? I'm using the Vancouver style.

While the citations should look like this:

1. Ming, R. (2008), p. 9
2. Ming, R. (2008), p. 13
3. Ming, R. (2008), p. 15
4. Ming, R. (2008), p. 21
5. Ming, R. (2008), p. 29

I end up with the same citation in all five fields:

1. Ming, R. (2008)
