Zotero connector is stuck at this message when I try to add a citation to a google doc on chrome. I have removed and added the extension, reinstalled the app, cleared cache, and tried with another device but I keep getting this message.

    Restart Zotero and reload the Google Doc, then provide a Debug ID from Zotero (not Connector) for an attempt to insert a citation.
