Upgrade StorageHelp! Bibliography not generating
I'm on mac and trying to generate the bibliography on my thesis. It's a long document so I know it could take a while but it doesn't seem to be doing anything at all.
I tried looking at the debut output logging like another thread suggested but it's got nothing in it. I restarted both word and zotero and still nothing.
I also need to be checking other things in the document but now I'm scared to click anywhere else in case it drops the bibliography in the middle of a chapter!

Can you restart Zotero and provide a Debug ID for clicking Add/Edit Bibliography and waiting 10 minutes or so?
You should indeed not edit the document while waiting for an operation to complete (but you can always restart Zotero to cancel any running operation).
