Zotero On Device Shows "Last Synced 174 Days Ago"

Hi. I got a new device and even though I am signed in on the new device (currently showing 89 items), it does not show me the complete files (total 179 items) from the old device (both windows devices). All my sync settings are as they should be. What do I do?
