the “Add Bibliography” button doesn’t respond

I’m not sure where to post my own problem, so I just want to comment here. This issue is urgent and important. The “Add Citation” function works for me, but no matter what I do, the “Add Bibliography” button doesn’t respond. Do you know why this might be happening?

    What word processor, how large is the document, and how long have you waited?

    If you continue to have trouble, restart Zotero and provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an Add/Edit Bibliography attempt that doesn't work. If it's a large document, make sure you've waited a few minutes.
