Upgrade Storageoutdated Institute of Physics translator

This is a "Could not save item" error:

The error happened when trying to save http://iopscience.iop.org/0953-8984/12/19/307 . It may be related to this other thread.
There were big changes in the Institute of Physics website (www.iop.org) some weeks ago. The old "Institute of Physics.js" translator target no longer matches the URLs of the IOP journals. Therefore, zotero tries to use the DOI translator, but it fails.
