Upgrade StorageUnable to add or edit citations in Google Docs
Hello,
I can no longer add or edit citations in a Google Docs document. When I click “Add/Edit Citation,” nothing happens — the citation bar doesn’t appear.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Updated Zotero Desktop to the latest version.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the Zotero Connector.
Switched browsers from Chrome to Edge.
Disabled other browser extensions (e.g., Google Scholar PDF Reader).
Cleared browser cache and restarted both Zotero and the browser.
Verified that the Refresh function in Google Docs still works correctly.
So, Zotero seems to communicate with Google Docs, but the citation dialog doesn’t open.
Could someone please help me figure out how to restore the Add/Edit Citation functionality?

adomasvenWhen you press Add/edit citation did you look through open Zotero windows to see if the citation dialog appeared, but simply didn't pop up on top of other windows?
