Google Docs connection error

For two days I've been trying to add new citations in Google Docs and the Zotero window won't open for that

Restart Zotero and Google Docs. If it still doesn't work, provide a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to add a citation that fails.

I already tried everything that Zotero site suggests. Will the Zotero team help me directly? I really don't know what else to do
