Zotero connector problem, unable to save pdf only save web snapshots

I can 't use the zotero connector. Recently, I have a problem when I save the pdf and entries of the journal to zotero through the plug-in. I don 't show the snapshot of the page when I save the pdf, and only the title has no entry information. I 'm about to crash. I make sure that my network can download the pdf.
