Word Plugin not working Report ID: 988893734
I use Windows 11, Zotero 7.
First time downloaded Zotero, the Word plugin worked and could be found in Word Tabs. It started to bug out and Word said something along the lines "Zotero can not be connected to, will Word delete the add on?" And I clicked yes, since I thought I can just download it again.
In my Zotero, when I go to Zotero -> Plugins, it says there is none. I followed "Zotero Word Processor Plugin Troubleshooting" page. I followed Zotero menu → Settings → Cite → Word Processors and pressing “(Re)install Word Add-in”. It failed and so I tried to follow this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=48yovgs35Oc. Again, nothing happened so I tried to delete and download Zotero multiple times. No use in that, so now I write here to understand what can be done. Thank you.

adomasvenSee https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_manual_installation . Particularly, make sure the your Word Startup folder is set to the default and that Zotero.dotm is present there.
