Google Docs & Zotero APA 7 on Mac

Hi there,
I am not sure how to explain what is happening. The screenshot shows how, all of a sudden, my in-text citations are sometimes correct and sometimes incorrect, as well as the incorrect formatting for the reference list.

Can anyone point me in the right direction so I can fix?
