Upgrade StorageSync error (related to Win7??)

The error message that results from clicking the red-bang symbol is
Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIFile.remove]
I was unable to copy any other errors. Yesterday my IT people installed 32 bit Windows 7--this may be relevant.
