Can not find the attached PDF on PC-B

I have bulid a new term about paper A on PC-A, and uploaded it to the Infini Cloud successfully. I cand download the .ZIP file from Infini Cloud but can not download the pdf on PC-B. I sync the term but no attached. Debug ID is 1350030603 and the specific error below:

That’s a Report ID. Can you provide a Debug ID?
