OperationError: Zotero not starting on windows 11

I can't access Zotero on my desktop anymore, at startup, I get:

The error persists even with a fresh installation, a new profile, and a completely empty data directory. I also moved data to a different folder, tried to start Zotero via the profile manager in the new location, and cleaned temporary files.

Could anyone provide help?
