How to write on pdfs from Zotero using a tablet

I have a grad student who wants to set up their Zotero Library so that the PDFs are stored in Google Drive AND be able to access them via the Zotero app on their tablet so they can write on them. We were able to use Zotfile to switch their primary storage from Zotero to Google Drive via their laptop. However, we cannot seem to access the PDFs from the Zotero app on their tablet. What's our next steps? TY!

It's either or -- you can access linked PDF attachments via Google Drive (or other 3rd party sync services) or use the Zotero mobile app to access and annotate PDFs.
If you want access to the files from the mobile app, you need to sync them with either Zotero File Storage or a 3rd party webDAV server
